Both cabins get lots and lots of deer wandering through — and the occasional black bear checking for leftovers. Keep the grill clean and the camera handy.

AnJo Properties is a small, family-run hospitality brand with two cabins in Ellijay, Georgia — cared for personally, and set up for one simple idea: stay in one, or make both yours.
Yes — the cabins are about a mile apart inside Coosawattee River Resort, so a group of up to 16 can stay close while keeping separate spaces. Book each cabin on Evolve, Airbnb or Vrbo, or reach out and we will help line up dates.
No — to keep the cabins allergy-friendly for every guest, pets are not permitted at either property.
Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Entry is keyless, so there is no key handoff to coordinate.
Both cabins sit inside the gated Coosawattee River Resort with indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, tennis, mini golf, river access and more. Amenity passes are purchased at the POA office on arrival; outdoor pools run Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Yes — both cabins have free high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs in every room and dedicated space to set up a laptop.
Most stays qualify for free cancellation within 48 hours of booking. Full terms are shown on whichever booking site you use.
Deer wander through both properties daily, and a black bear occasionally checks for leftovers. Keep food indoors, close the grill lid, and enjoy the show from the deck.
